The 21st China International Exhibition on Gases Technology, Equipment and Application

The 21st China International Exhibition on Gases Technology, Equipment and Application was held in Hangzhou international Expo center on September 19th and 20th, 2019. Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development CO., Ltd. is once again honored to participate in this exhibition! The China international gas technology, equipment and application exhibition (IG,China) is an international gas industry event, which has developed into the most large-scale and authoritative industry exhibition in China and even the world in recent years.
After attending Shanghai PV exhibition in the first half of 2019, the fourth-generation of hydrogen free argon extraction device in photovoltaic industry has been successfully promoted, and the  air separation 100% gas-liquid conversion has been successfully operated for more than 10 years. For three decades, our company’s professor-level senior engineers, senior engineers and a group of professional and technical personnel with design experience in the field of cryogenic overseas field have been continuously studying, adhering to innovation, so that our company’s air separation plant has been able to maintain a stable and continuous development in the national air separation market.
The following picture shows the overall exhibition landscape of our company. The overall visitor flow of this exhibition is not as much as that of the last exhibition, but our company has gained more this year than the last one. Domestic and foreign customers keep coming.

The following picture on the left shows our overseas manager is talking about air separation plant with Indian customers at the reception desk. At present, our company has exported about 20 sets of air separation plants to India, which has always occupied a large proportion in the Indian market. The picture on the right shows that the Korean customer wants the fractionation column to be designed and manufactured by our company. Our company has more than 30 years of experience in fractionation column design. The customer wants to come to our workshop to learn the skills of fractionation column manufacturing.

The following left picture shows that the Thailand customers came to learn about the small and skid-mounted air separation plant. At present, our company has successfully provided three sets of skid-mounted nitrogen production plant for the Italian customer, all of which are in stable operation. Currently, two sets are being manufactured in our workshop. The Italian customers came to our company recently for welding inspection and was very satisfied with our work. As per the picture on the right, the two overseas managers of our company are discussing with the Brazilian customer about the transformation of old plant. They also need to discuss with the professional technicans of our company to see whether the transformation conditions are met from all aspects.

The following picture on the left shows a customer from Pakistan came to our booth for consultation. General manager Mr. Xue Lu is also participated in the discussion and gave professional suggestions to the customer. Mr. Xue Lu has been engaged in the research of air separation technology for more than 30 years. He pays more attention to the performance of products and has higher requirements on the quality of plant.
On the right, the overseas manager of our company had a detailed discussion with the Indian customer about the requirements of air separation plant. At present, we have submitted the specific design requirements of the relevant proposal to the designer of the design department for the technical proposal design. We hope that the next cooperation will be smooth!

Yunnan Baoshan 1800Nm3 /h crude argon purification plant

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as XLA) designed and manufactured supporting Baoshan longji silicon annual output of 5GW single crystal silicon rod-1800Nm3 /h crude argon purification plant project.
Baoshan crude argon purification device project is located in Baoshan silicon-based industrial park, Longling economic and technological development zone, Baoshan city, Yunnan province by Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as XLA) design, manufacture, the top monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic products manufacturer – Xi ‘an Longji Silicon Material Co., LTD. Investment, form a complete set of Baoshan Longji silicon produce 5GW monocrystalline silicon rod project,now the plant running smoothly and get high praise from customer.
Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as XLA) provided Yili Heyuan Gas Co., Ltd with a 4400Nm3/h crude argon purification equipment supporting the Jinko energy polysilicon industrial chain, which was put into operation smoothly in July 2018. The project of 4400Nm3/h crude argon purification device is the largest supporting crude argon purification device in the polysilicon industry in the world at present, which is also the only set of crude argon purification device that realizes oil-containing recovery, which not only reduces the production cost of the end user, but also creates a pioneer in the field of cryogenic plants.

Argon Recovery and Purification Plant

Since its establishment, Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as “XLA”) has been adhering to the development policy of “reliable, convenient, energy saving and consumption reduction”. After more than 20 years of development, XLA has accumulated a large amount of data resources and practical experience in the deep utilization of various off gas recovery, and developed various off gas recovery devices, such as crude argon recovery and purification device, ammonia synthesis off gas deep utilization device, CO2 recovery device, helium recovery device, methane recovery device, etc.

In the solar photovoltaic industry, argon has always occupied a large proportion of its production costs. Argon is a high-value product in the production of air separation plant. How to reduce the cost of argon has become the key to improve the competitiveness of solar photovoltaic industry.
From 2005, XLA has made in-depth research on the use of argon in solar photovoltaic industry. After a large amount of technical and financial investment, the first generation of crude argon recovery and purification device was successfully developed and applied in 2007.
After years of R&D and innovation, the second generation and the third generation of crude argon recovery, purification devices have been put into operation successively in Longji silicon energy in Yunnan Baoshan and Jingke energy in 2017-2018 respectively.which marks that the crude argon recovery and purification device developed and produced by XLA has become mature and has entered the market in an all-round way.

As for argon recovery plant, our company has been developing and improving continuously for so many years, and the product technology of generation after generation has been constantly updated.Now the fourth-generation argon recovery plant technology is mature, and the purification rate is higher. Indian Liquid Air Separation Unit being Installed in August

140TPD liquid Air Separation Unit designed and produced by Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. for Indian customers has all arrived at the customer’s jobsite after three batches of transportation. This set of equipment is located in India, the whole set of equipment is now being installed.

After the equipment is produced by our company, in order to facilitate transportation, our company will deliver the cold box to the user site in two parts. After the customer picks up the goods at the port, most of the equipment has been put in place according to the packing list and installation instructions provided by our company.
As required by the customer, our technical service engineer arrived at the site on August 12, 2019 to guide the placement of the cold box. Our engineers have many years of rich working experience in guiding installation, and have also conducted installation work on several project sites.
The pictures show that after adjusting the verticality of the cold box, the lower section of the cold box should be in place first, and scaffolding should be built on the top of the cold box to prepare for the upper section of the cold box to be in place. In order to reduce aerial work and ensure the safety and stability of equipment, engineers of our company instruct site installers to install most of the ladder platforms before the upper section cold box is installed.

At present, the junction of the two sections of cold box is welding, the cold box is about 49.55 meters high.
Our technical service engineers successfully completed a week of site guidance installation work. The picture below shows the picture of the customer and the engineer at the site. The customer is very satisfied with the work of the technicians appointed to the site by our company. We are waiting for the customer to complete the remaining installation work on site as soon as possible.
Our company will successfully complete the debugging work as soon as possible, and the one-time start-up will be successful.

Customer site technical guidance – nitrogen production equipment

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.(“XLA” for short) mainly is engaged in R&D, design and manufacture in cryogenic technology filed, equipment leasing and device maintenance. Through 30 years` development, XLA has grown to the pioneer of R&D and design of cryogenic air separation technology in China. XLA has been granted Certificate of ISO9001, ASME Certificate of Authorization, NB Certificate of Authorization, “U” Stamp etc. international qualification certificates and CE product certificate. Customers throughout the country and exported to the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa, more than 40 countries.
Our company signed a contract to supply nitrogen plant in Turkey in 2017. This set of plant is in accordance with CE standard. In early June 2018, the equipment was successfully debugged and has been running normally for more than a year. During normal operation, the plant is controlled automatically, no operators are required at Jobsite, the capacity control during normal operation can be set remotely. This plant power consumption is low. The power consumption reaches 0.22kwh/Nm3.
Nitrogen plant
According to the current situation of gas product demand at the customer’s site, the oil free screw compressor adjustable range larger. The capacity of gas nitrogen is adjustable from 1000Nm3/h~2000Nm3/h. And the variable load adjustment is automatic.
Our company has a first-class technical guidance team. Since the installation of the equipment, our technical engineers have provided various trainings to the on-site operators of the users, covering the standard operation of the equipment and daily maintenance.
At the same time, our company not only provides a set of detailed instructions for users to use for reference, but also gives video guidance in the process of customer operation, so as to better serve customers in detecting the operation status of equipment.Users appreciate our debugging and guidance work very much and invite our company to do maintenance and guidance work on site regularly every year.

Early July of 2019, India project third shipment – whole set of equipment delivery from XLA

After the second shipment of goods were delivered in the middle of June, the third shipment of cold boxes left XLA`s factory in early July. XLA have many times meetings with this India project customer for the plant designed in the early stage, and after many discussions, negotiations and modifications,we two parties finally signed the purchasing contract in July 2018. After a year of intensive and orderly professional production and manufacturing, the delivery and loading of the third shipment of main cold box had successfully completed by the end of this month.
The cold box is tightly packed and covered with rainproof cloth in XLA factory. XLA has more than 30 years of production and design experience in the field of air separation, as well as rich experience in loading and delivery. The equipment loading process in the workshop is guided by the company’s professional masters, and the ropes are also specially fixed in order to avoid too much shaking and collision during transportation. XLA will look for large-scale shipping companies with professional experience in exporting air separation plant for storage and transportation, and require the personnel of the freight forwarding company to participate in the loading process in the company’s workshop so as to better understand the loading and lifting process.
The third shipment of equipment successfully arrived at Shanghai port in Mid-July. Below are the photos of unloading from the truck and loading provided by the forwarder.

During this period, under the guidance of the professional personnel trained by XLA, who will make joint efforts to ship the equipment safely.

The upper section and the lower section of the cold boxes were lifted and loaded onto the ship respectively by the site staff. These two sections of cold boxes were designed and produced by XLA and assembled on the jobsite. Due to the large equipment, the designers designed in two sections to facilitate transportation.

In the evening of the same day, all the third shipment of goods were loaded into the ship by lifting and other means with the full cooperation of the on-site personnel. It took seven hours to complete the loading and was already to ship to India. The next step is to wait for all the equipment to arrive at the customer’s jobsite in India, and after confirm with customer XLA will send professional engineers to guide the installation of the equipment.
Hope everything goes well! This plant is also about to be another successful case of plant in the Indian market.
