At present, the plant of the Uzbekistan project is in orderly production. The contract was signed in August. The air separation plant will be delivered in January 2022 for steel industry using, to supply oxygen continuously make sure steel production steadily.

The Thai project finished commission successfully during epidemic

 

Recently our Thai customers signed the commission Acceptace Certification. Our plant successfully finished remote commission. This is also our first time trying to use this type of commission.
This project was signed before the epidemic. Because of the severity of the epidemic, our engineers had to go back to China in advance. Considering the price of gas is rising, we try to use remote guidance to finish commission work. Installation of ASU plant exported to Bangladesh

 

The 50TPD full liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon air separation plant that designed and manufactured by Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. for customers in Bangladesh have arrived at the jobsite after demand design, equipment manufacturing, and shipping. By this time, the project has entered into the installation stage.

The second set of full-liquid equipment for Heibei Medical Oxygen Factory enters into commissioning stage

 

After the New Year, the domestic epidemic situation is improving rapidly, and the increase in vaccination speed indicates that the establishment of the vaccine barrier is accelerating. With full anticipation for next spring, we must strive forward.
On the premise of doing a good job in epidemic prevention, the engineers of Xinglu Air Separation have successively gone to the jobsite of several other domestic projects for installation guidance. Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Co., Ltd successfully signed two sets of all-liquid equipment with Hebei Medical Oxygen Plant in May, 2020. After the first set successfully completed commissioning in November, 2020. The second set of all-liquid equipment with 400TPD capacity was successfully delivered in November last year. Recently, the installation guidance of the whole set of equipment has been completed and just entered the commissioning phase.
This set of equipment adopts foreign imported heat exchanger, saving space, the volume of the cold box is relatively small, which saving cost too. In addition, the heat exchange efficiency is higher, which enhance the reliability of equipment operation.

Successful Delivery of Nitrogen Plant exported to Thailand

 

Chinese New Year Holiday is coming. After negotiation with customers, Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. has confirmed the shipping schedule for the nitrogen plant exported to Thailand. Since signing of the contract in the first quarter of 2020, after the scientific production arrangement and close cooperation of the production department, the in-plant manufacturing has been completed as scheduled, and it has now successfully sailed to Shanghai Port.
This shipment includes two containers and a cold box. The cold box is covered with a rain-proof cloth and is specially fixed to prevent collisions during transportation. The pre-cooling system and purification system adopt a skid-mounted structure, which saves on-site installation time and labor costs.
Sincerely expect the goods to arrive at the customer site as soon as possible for the next work. Thanks for customer’s trust, and this project will be another successful case that XLA provides for the group company in Thailand.

Installation of ASU plant exported to Argentina

 

The 50TPD full liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon air separation plant that designed and manufactured by Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. for customers in Argentina have arrived at the jobsite after demand design, equipment manufacturing, and shipping. By this time, the project has entered into the installation stage.
As shown in the following figure, with innovative structural design, the fractionation tower is assembled in the factory and shipped as a whole. Compared with the on-site assembly of other manufacturers, XLA’s design takes shorter installation time and lower cost, which only needs to be erected. Both labor cost and time have been saved while the reliability of cold box has been well improved.

Distillation argon production air separation plant

 

As a high value-added product in air separation plant, argon is widely used in industries since its inactive nature. For example, aluminum, steel, metal processing, and photovoltaic industries. In the air, argon only accounts for 0.93% , so it is difficult to extract, which request high technical level, especially from small air separation plants.

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. has rich experience in the design and manufacture of full distillation argon plant, and a large number of successful cases.

Figure 1 shows the full distillation argon production air separation plant designed and manufactured by XLA for Chinese customers with liquid oxygen output of 1100Nm3/h. It is the smallest full distillation argon production plant in China and has been in continuous and stable operation for many years.

Figure 2 shows the air separation plant designed and manufactured by XLA for one of Mexican steel plants. After the equipment has been installed, commissioned and put into production, the product fully meets the customer’s requirements and achieved over-production operation, greatly increased the ROI for customers. Manufacture Completion of Equipment
