Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation plant has
nearly 30 years of experience in the field of cryogenic air separation
with customers involving various industries such as medical, metallurgy,
petrochemical, electronics and so on. Among them, for medical oxygen,
the country has formulated many strict laws and regulations to ensure
its quality under control.
When produce medical liquid oxygen, air is filtered to remove dust and compressed to a certain pressure by air compressor, and then be sent to the pre-cooling purification system to remove harmful impurities further such as water and carbon dioxide. The pre-treated air is cooled by the main heat exchanger and be sent to the rectifying column for rectification with oxygen or liquid oxygen obtained at the bottom of the upper column. After the oxygen is reheated by the main heat exchanger and compressed by oxygen compressor, it will be filled into cylinder and be used as medical oxygen. Liquid oxygen will be used as liquid medical oxygen after passed the inspection. Besides, liquid oxygen can also be directly compressed by a liquid oxygen pump to 160~200BarG, and then reheated by a heat exchanger. After that, it can be directly filled in cylinder, eliminating the cost for an oxygen compressor.
The two sets of full liquid air separation plant that our company signed with Hebei Medical Oxygen Factory in mid-2019 have also been successfully delivered at the beginning of this month. Total production capacity of these two plants exceed 500TPD. The customer has the medical oxygen production qualification and our high-productivity plants created greater benefits. This full liquid air separation equipment adopts XLA’s patent process, with standard compressor. Compared with conventional liquid process, investment of compressor is less, and delivery time is shorter. Therefore, investment cost is greatly saved for the customer.
