Brief Introduction of 6500 grade Air Separation Plant

Characteristics:
  • Integral assembly and delivery of cold box, short field installation cycle, manpower and material resources have been saved;
  • Adopting the most advanced dual-pump internal compression process, compared with the traditional external compression process, oxygen compressor is eliminated with convenient operation, small area and the high safety;
  • Low unit power consumption, oxygen outlet pressure is 3.5Mpa, 6500Nm3/h, and nitrogen outlet pressure is 1.5Mpa, 6500Nm3/h
  • Adopting remote control system, with simple operation and good reliability.

900TPD Air Separation Plant

Usage: coal gasification
Output year: 2016
Air separation plants, as one of important equipment in coal chemical industry, could provide necessary raw material gas and transports oxygen, nitrogen and air. Obviously, in this industry, a reasonable air separation process plays a vital role. Not only energy consumption but also total investment could be reduced. What’s more, a good air separation process could ensure a stable and reliable raw gas source for the coal gasification process. The following picture shows the 900TPD air separation plant provided by XLA for customers in coal gasification industry, manifesting these advantages well.
Characteristics:
1.Modular design, module assembly at Jobsite, easy installation.
2.Adopt round cold box structure skid block to design and manufacture (see in following pictures), with small wind load and short construction period. It only takes 8.5 months from the contract signing to the equipment start production .
3.Unit power consumption is 0.42KW.h/m3 O2. Using internal compression process with following features: simple process, easy operation, safe and reliable.
4.The heat exchanger and efficiency tower`s cold box are assembled in our factory and transported as a whole to the Jobsite for connection. Compare with conventional way that installed in a cold box, efficiency and reliability will be improved greatly.

It is worth noted that unit power consumption of this air separation plant is lower than that of most similar equipment currently in operation. Brief introduction of Mexican oxygen plant

Since its establishment in 1992, Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Equipment Technology Development Co., Ltd. has been committed to the research and development of cryogenic technology. Our plants have been exported to more than 40 countries and regions, maintaining good and stable cooperative relationship with many companies, such as Air Product, Messer, Linde, etc. Our equipment also gained great reputation from many domestic and foreign customers for its stable operation and high output efficiency.
Following picture shows the third set of air separation equipment that designed for Mexican customers—10000 level (2 sets total) internal compression oxygen equipment (with argon). After a series of operations such as design, manufacturing, and factory assembly, it travel halfway around the world and successfully arrived at the customer’s location in mid-2014. After the installation and commissioning are completed, the total output exceeds the designed output by 10% on the premise of meeting purity requirements. As a result, customer’s return on investment is greatly improved. In addition, fractionation column of this plant was assembled at factory (for air separation equipment below 30,000Nm3/h, XLA supports factory assembly), which greatly saves on-site installation time and human resources.

Successful Delivery of Full Liquid Plant for Hebei Medical Oxygen Factory

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation plant has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of cryogenic air separation with customers involving various industries such as medical, metallurgy, petrochemical, electronics and so on. Among them, for medical oxygen, the country has formulated many strict laws and regulations to ensure its quality under control.
When produce medical liquid oxygen, air is filtered to remove dust and compressed to a certain pressure by air compressor, and then be sent to the pre-cooling purification system to remove harmful impurities further such as water and carbon dioxide. The pre-treated air is cooled by the main heat exchanger and be sent to the rectifying column for rectification with oxygen or liquid oxygen obtained at the bottom of the upper column. After the oxygen is reheated by the main heat exchanger and compressed by oxygen compressor, it will be filled into cylinder and be used as medical oxygen. Liquid oxygen will be used as liquid medical oxygen after passed the inspection. Besides, liquid oxygen can also be directly compressed by a liquid oxygen pump to 160~200BarG, and then reheated by a heat exchanger. After that, it can be directly filled in cylinder, eliminating the cost for an oxygen compressor.
The two sets of full liquid air separation plant that our company signed with Hebei Medical Oxygen Factory in mid-2019 have also been successfully delivered at the beginning of this month. Total production capacity of these two plants exceed 500TPD. The customer has the medical oxygen production qualification and our high-productivity plants created greater benefits. This full liquid air separation equipment adopts XLA’s patent process, with standard compressor. Compared with conventional liquid process, investment of compressor is less, and delivery time is shorter. Therefore, investment cost is greatly saved for the customer.
