After the plant arrives at the site, which only needs to connect
electricity to operate directly. While the common plants require 3-4
months to complete the commissioning and operation.
The significant
feature of the plant is unattended and remote control. Besides, if the
internal overhaul pipe required, a person could be free in and out.

Nitrogen plant transported abroad Ⅰ
At the beginning of November, 2018, XLA exports a set of skid-mounted
unattended nitrogen plant. The whole plant has only two units, cold box
and warm end skid. Fractionation column is whole assembled in XLA
before delivery out of factory.
Two containers delivery. Except for the cold box, all units can be shipped directly in our self-made warm end. Customers pick up he goods from the port to site by using only two trucks.

The technology of Helium purification recycle plant
The common method of helium purification recycle plant is cryogenic
and condensation. In addition, a lot of new technologies in the
cryogenic field are also adopted in the plant development process,
including vibration reduction of high pressure helium compressor,
special welding technology of cryogenic and high-pressure copper
pipelines, and cryogenic and high pressure flexible sealing technology,

Scope of application-helium
Helium is mainly used for the detection of leakage in medical and
military refrigeration semiconductor pipelines, high-precision welding
metal, manufacturing deep-sea diving photoelectronics, production of
balloon borne scientific research and military, etc.
1.Nuclear magnetic resonance (cryogenic superconductivity) field
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) uses the cryogenic superconducting magnet technology requires cooling liquid helium, according to the statistics, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) imaging accounted for 34% of the world’s dosage of helium, one of the biggest end use industry. Although demand for magnetic resonance imaging in developed countries is declining, but demand is still strong growth in developing countries, so as to keep the strong demand of liquid helium.
2.Refrigeration (home appliances) field
Helium gas is mainly used for detecting the leakage of condenser, evaporator and pipeline system.
3.Semiconductor, fiber field
Helium is mainly used for protecting gas of germanium and silicon crystal growing in semiconductor industry. Cooling and protective atmosphere gas in fiber prefabrication and fiber drawing processes.
4.Welding shielding gas
Usage: When some metals are heated or melted, an inert atmosphere must be used to prevent them from reacting with oxygen and nitrogen in the atmosphere. A lot of helium is consumed in metal welding. In inert gas shielded tungsten arc welding (TIG), unmelted tungsten electricity, searing metal filler and welding areas are protected by a continuous mixture of helium or helium-argon. The gas mixture used in the welding can be prepared in different proportions by helium and argon. Depending on the welding process, the welding wire and the difference of base material welded, the mixture can be composed differently, and the helium content in the helium-argon mixture is usually 15-70%.
5.Cryogenic engineering
Usage: Due to the chemical inertness of helium and extremely low liquefaction point, it is at all except for extremely cryogenic is close to the ideal gas behavior, and the unit mass of high heat capacity, low viscosity and high thermal conductivity characteristics, so the helium is typically used as the working medium of closed cycle cryogenic refrigerator, cryogenic superconducting magnet in major national science and engineering, and superconducting cavity cooling medium, and the college scientific research experiments, etc
6.aerospace
Usage: In rocket and space vehicle fuel systems, helium is used to clean cryogenic fuel and oxidize tanks, as well as pressurized cryogenic tank liquid surface space to provide pressure for direct delivery of liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen or only to provide net positive suction pressure to infusion pumps. Helium is often used as a working medium in pneumatic control systems.
7.Automobile manufacturing field
Usage: Helium is used in automobile airbag, air tightness detection of aluminum alloy wheel hub, air conditioning evaporator, compressor and condenser, and application of helium in laser welding of automobile frame.
8.Other field
Physiological and medical treatment, nuclear reactor, electric light source, metallurgy and metal processing technology, analysis and test of carrier gas, etc. This part of gas is generally not recycled.

What does distillation mean?
For two substances of different boiling point (such as oxygen and
nitrogen) compositing mixed solution, while after absorbing heat and
partial evaporation, volatile composition nitrogen will evaporate
more. Mixed steam releases heat and part of it condensates, while
composition oxygen which is difficult to volatilize will condensate
more. If you make saturated steam with higher temperature and saturated
solution mixed, then steam gives off heat to saturated solution. After
releasing heat, part of steam will condensate. Solution will absorb heat
and part of it will evaporate. When partial steam’s condensation
happens, due to oxygen condensates more, so the concentration of lower
boiling point composition (nitrogen) in steam would be promoted.
During partial evaporation of solution, owing to nitrogen evaporates more, the concentration of higher boiling point composition (oxygen) will be promoted. If after partial evaporation and partial condensation are executed once, steam of higher concentration nitrogen and solution of higher concentration oxygen mix with solution and steam respectively with different temperature, then partial condensation and partial evaporation happen again, then the nitrogen concentration in steam and the oxygen concentration in solution will be promoted more procedures like this happen more times, then nitrogen concentration in steam will become higher and higher, at last we can achieve the purpose of separating oxygen and nitrogen.The whole press we call it distillation.
Generally speaking, the distillation is making use of different boiling point of two substances, and let the press of partially condensation of mixed steam and partially evaporation of mixed solution repeated, then finally we can achieve the purpose of separation.

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development
Co., Ltd on 30th June 2017.
Grade 7000 oxygen, nitrogen& argon air separation plant equipped with optical wand project of Hengtong group adopts partially internal compression variable operation conditions. Hengtong group is among the top three in the country in the optical fiber field. Optical fiber industry is very strict in gas use stability, furthermore with the fiber market development, the technical requirements should be complied with it. There are 5 design operation conditions in this project, actually at least more than 10 operation conditions available. Our company carries on EPC engineering, with modular design being adopted. Currently the plant is under installation, it is estimated that the plant will be put into operation around National Day this year

What classifications of the piston type compressor?

Because the air separation plant is always involved in pressure vessel issue, so the pressure vessel is also one part of air separation plant.
The first article : in order to make sure the safe operation of the pressure vessel and protect the safety of people’s lives and property and to promote the development of national economy, this code is formulated according to the relevant provisions of the Interim Regulations on safety supervision of boilers and pressure vessels.
The second article: The applicable scope of this procedure is as follows;
This procedure is applicable to pressure vessels with the following conditions
Maximum working pressure (Pw) (note 1) greater than 0.1MPA (no hydrostatic pressure, same below)
Inner diameter (non-circular section refers to its maximum size) is greater than or equal to 0.15m, and volume (V) (note 2) is greater than or equal to 0.25m3;
(The medium is a gaseous liquefied gas or the highest operating temperature is above equal to the standard boiling point liquid.
Chapters III, fourth and fifth of this code apply to the following pressure vessels.
A separate cylinder in a storage tank Boiler room with a non independent volume of a mobile compressor, less than or equal to 0.15m3.
High pressure vessel with volume less than 0.25m3
The cold box of the pressure vessel and the air separation equipment in the pressure vessel, the direct-fired absorption refrigeration unit of the cryogenic unit;

Italy Customer visiting and investing plant on site
From March 19th to March 24th in 2018, The
Italy Italy Customer came to visist XLA. During this trip, They
visited Yi chuan &Xishui Plant site in China. They spoke highly for
the two plants。They visited the workshop in XLA. They approve the air separation plant
of XLA. They considered the technology from design to manufacturing of
air separation plant by XLA is vey mature and XLA also accumulated a lot
of experience in this industry, which will get a higher level in the
air separation industry.
