Catch up Uzbekistan Project

 

As the Chinese Spring Festival is approaching, our company will work overtime to catch up with the Air Separation Plant of Uzbekistan project (picture shows that the cold box part of the plant has been basically completed), and strive to deliver the goods after the festival holidays. According to the current production schedule, we can arrange delivery for the customer at the first time after the festival.

The project was purchased by the customer in August 2021 and will be applied to the Iron & Steel industry to ensure the stable operation of Iron and Steel production.

Another XLA Liquid Plant Putting Into Production

 

It’s a 1000-class liquid oxygen plant in southeast Asia and was offically signed in the first half of 2020.Despite some obstacles caused by the epidemic, and now XLA engineering teams have arrived the plant site and successfully commissioned the products for our customer.
XLA is responsible for plant commissioning and guide installation, which in strict accordance with the technical specification to produce out qualified products. Our well-experienced engineers teams are expected to finish the commission and give the customer a satisfactory completion.

The quality of our pursuit of welding

Our pursuit of quality is reflected in all aspects of the work. This time I would like to introduce our company’s strict control of the welding.

In the process of manufacturing and maintenance of pressure vessels, welding is an essential process, but also a very important working link.

Welding technology is mainly divided into automatic welding and manual welding. We use automatic welding which is advanced in the industry. Good Welds should be ichthyoid (as shown).

During the welding process, we strictly implement the requirements of the national standards, Weld appearance inspection and weld internal quality inspection. For each part of the air separation plant, we will do visual inspection first. After the inspector measured the weld angle, weld width and surface defects qualified for follow-up process requirements testing items.

We will also have an inspection. After inspection, we will have a test report, only qualified products will be sent to the customer jobsite.

Because we are strict with every part of plant. Our plant has gained a good reputation from our stable and nice quality during these years.
