Distillation argon production air separation plant

In the air, argon only accounts for 0.93% , so it is difficult to extract, which request high technical level, especially from small air separation plants.

Figure 1 shows the full distillation argon production air separation plant designed and manufactured by XLA for Chinese customers with liquid oxygen output of 1100Nm3/h. It is the smallest full distillation argon production plant in China and has been in continuous and stable operation for many years.

Figure 2 shows the air separation plant designed and manufactured by XLA for one of Mexican steel plants. After the equipment has been installed, commissioned and put into production, the product fully meets the customer’s requirements and achieved over-production operation, greatly increased the ROI for customers. Besides, this set of plant also attracted users from neighboring countries.

Manufacture Completion of Equipment

 

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. provides professional cryogenic equipment for customers at home and abroad, being deeply trusted and favored by customers, and maintains good long-term cooperative relations with customers.
Out of good operating condition of former plants and full trust, we have cooperated with one group company in Thailand for many years and they once ordered many sets of ASU plants from us. The picture below shows a new ordered nitrogen plant cold box provided. After the scientific production arrangement of the manufacturing team, the is plant has been manufactured in the factory as scheduled, with packaging completed and waiting for shipment.

In addition, the plant adopts skid-mounted structure of pre-cooling and purify system with pipeline connected on the skid in the factory, time and labor costs have been saved greatly when doing on-site installation.

An Full-Liquid ASU Entering into Commissioning Stage

 

The full-liquid air separation plants that designed and manufactured by Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant occupies more than 50% share in Chinese market. XLA’s technical level also carves a place in cryogenic field. Under the continuous efforts of the professional installation team and the close cooperation of customers, following full liquid ASU plant designed and manufactured by XLA for a professional gas company has finished the installation work successfully and entered into commissioning phase now.
According to customer requirements, this plant can also produce part of high-purity liquid oxygen with purity at 99.999%, greatly meeting the diverse needs of users. Also, the plant adopt know-how technology, and imported compressor and turbine, achieving a lower unit energy consumption than other types of plant.
At present, professional commissioning service personnel are carrying out commissioning work on site. After the commissioning of the project is completed and put into production, it will alleviate the gap in market demand for surrounding liquid products, helping customers expand the market and stabilize gas supply.
