Installation of Hainan 2nd phase ASU plant

 

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. provided a set of fully rectified argon liquid air separation plant for a gas company in Hainan in 2012, which has made a significant contribution in exploring the Hainan market for clients. In view of the fact that the equipment has been running well all year round and stable performance, customers highly appreciate the excellent quality of our plant.
The output of the original plant couldn’t meet the demands of the market. In 2019, the customer ordered a set of all-liquid air separation equipment from XLA. Now, it is under installation. The cold box of this plant has been assembled in the factory, which helps saving a lot of time and cost for on-site installation.
It is believed that under the guidance of our professional installation team and close cooperation with customers, the equipment will soon enter the commissioning stage. Once the equipment will be in operation, great contribution will be made for satisfying the industrial gas demand in the Hainan Free Trade Zone.

Installation of XHAr series argon recovery and purification equipment

 In the solar photovoltaic industry, argon has always accounted for a large proportion during its production costs. How to downgrade the cost of argon has become the key to the photovoltaic industry to improve its competitiveness. Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant has conducted deep research on the use of argon in the photovoltaic industry since 2005, and now XLA’s XHAr series of argon recovery and purification plant has fully entered into the market.
The following is the 5GW argon recovery and purification plant designed and manufactured by XLA for a photovoltaic company. Under the guidance of our professional engineers, the installation is about to be completed.
This project adopts XLA’s fourth-generation hydrogen-free purification technology, safety has been improved. Compared with the second and third-generation argon recovery and purification equipment, the investment and operating costs are greatly reduced. After operation, this equipment will greatly help save the Argon cost for customer.
