As a leading domestic design and manufacturer of air separation plant, Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant has cooperated with lots of customers in more than 40 countries and regions, such as Mexico, Argentina, Malaysia, India, etc since its establishment in 1992. Following shows two sets of air separation plants provided by XLA for Malaysian Gas Company (one nitrogen generator and one full liquid oxygen and nitrogen plant). Since they were put into production, they have been in stable operation for many years, bringing huge profits to customers and won great praise from customers.
Characteristics:
1. The cold box is assembled and shipped as a whole, which reduces the on-site cold box assembly time and improves the safety of the equipment; the on-site installation cycle is short, which saves manpower and material resources on site;
2. All pressure vessels of this two sets of air separation plant are designed and manufactured in accordance with the ASME code;
3. According to customer needs, output of this two sets of plants can adjusted to meet the customer’s gas demand in various usage period.

Introduction of LNG Equipment

Through development for almost 30 years, Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant has grown into a pioneer in design and manufacture of cryogenic air separation plant in China. XLA has been granted Certificate of ISO9001, ASME, NB, “U” Certificate of Europe, New and High-tech Enterprise, Engineering Technology Research Center of Cryogenic Equipment of Jiangsu province, national postdoctoral station. XLA specializes in designing and manufacturing natural gas liquefaction equipment, cryogenic air separation plant, external circulation liquefaction equipment, off gas recovery and separation equipment, etc.
The following picture shows the 300,000 Sm3/d pipeline natural gas purification and liquefaction equipment provided by Xinglu Air Separation plant for domestic natural gas liquefaction plants. The process adopts dry adsorption.

Characteristics:
1. Adopting nitrogen cycle refrigeration, nitrogen regeneration, automatic switching, full recovery of feed gas after removing impurities, full dry purification and other XLA patents and proprietary technologies, tailored according to customer needs. This equipment provides a guarantee of winter peak shaving and daily emergency gas supply in this region.
2. The system can reach full load operation within 2 hours of starting up, and can reach full operation within 0.5 hours short-term shutdown.

Cryogenic Oxygen Generator

Oxygen accounts for about 21% in the air, with wide range of usage. With the development of economy, the amount of oxygen used in smelting, chemical, medical, welding, optical fiber, etc. is increasing. Compared with outsourced liquid oxygen, oxygen generator built by factory itself can not only reduce production costs, but also ensure continuous and stable oxygen supply and eliminate the risk of production interruption due to unstable supply. 3. The high-purity oxygen air separation plant designed and manufactured for Shanghai steel company has reached the standard requirements of “GB/T14599-2008 High-purity Oxygen”. This generator is the first domestic case of using industrial pipeline oxygen to produce high-purity oxygen.

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Manufacturer

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation is committed to developing convenient, reliable and energy-consumption air separation plant. So far XLA has own more than 100 patents, and our liquid air separation process is in the leading position globally. The liquid equipment designed and manufactured XLA is widely used in various industries such as electronics, metallurgy, petrochemical, solar energy, medical treatment and so on. At present, our company has rich design experience and mature technical reserve for liquid air separation equipment with a capacity of 50~20000Nm3/h.
Characteristics of XLA’s liquid air separation plant:
1. Owning a variety of patented liquid air separation process. According to user requirements and equipment uses, engineers will provide professional suggestions and select reasonable process to improve customer benefits.
2. With the characteristic of over-production, low consumption and stable operation. For example, following equipment reaches 15% over-production (see Figure 1 below). Return on investment greatly increased.
After several years convenient and stable operation of this 200TPD liquid air separation plant that designed and manufactured by XLA for one of Shijiazhuang customer with output of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen far exceed the design index. Energy consumption is much lower than contract index too. Based on the above reasons, XLA won highly praise and pennant from user (Figure 2).

Small liquid oxygen equipment is widely used in remote areas. Since 2003, XLA keeps providing small liquid air separation for supporting with rich design and manufacturing experience. The following figure 3 is 250 L/h small liquid oxygen plant provide for plateau customers (the smallest liquid air separation equipment in China).
