Application of air separation plant in Indian market during the pandemic

Medical oxygen, an important medical resource in the treatment of Covid-19, is greatly needed during the outbreak. In addition, another customer of our company, a 140TPD liquid air separation plant user, responded to the government’s call actively to continue to operate the equipment. At present, the production is stable and the products are qualified, making great contribution to the supply of medical oxygen.

Successful delivery of Zhejiang All Liquid Air Separation Plant

Xinglu Air Separation has a sound production plan! During the worldwide pandemic period, under the premise of well protection, XLA’s production rhythm always closely keeps up with customers demand. The following picture shows a 150TPD all-liquid air separation plant with argon designed and manufactured by XLA for one of our Zhejiang customers.

This plant adopts medium-pressure circulation process process, with know-how technology, and imported compressor and turbine, achieving a lower unit energy consumption than other types of plants. According to the needs of customers, some high-purity liquid oxygen with purity up to 99.999% could be produced to meet the diversified needs of user. The advanced hydrogen-free argon production process that adopted in this plant is much safe, providing customers with higher guarantee. At the same time, for small air separation plant, this process requires higher technology, which greatly highlights the strength of our cryogenic technology.
