Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation
is a high-tech enterprise of Xiangcheng District. It owns a national
post-doctoral programme station and cryogenic plant engineering research
center. Product quality, energy consumption, and operation convenience
are ultimate pursuit of XLA. With almost 30 years experience in air
separation technical exploration and plant manufacturing, great
achievements have been received. It is worth mentioning that our full
liquid air separation plant has make new breakthrough in technology.

Government, Suzhou visited our company. As a leading company in
Xiangcheng District, our company has more than 100 patented
technologies, and developed convenient, simple and safe equipment
operation software independently, with designed and manufactured
equipment spread in more than 40 countries and regions around the world.
The chairman of XLA introduced various departments for them, and showed
around the workshop to introduce our technology and production
equipment. Knowing so much achievements of XLA, the government leaders
gave high praise and sincere affirmation.

Full-rectification for Argon
The constant components of air are oxygen, nitrogen, and a minute
quantity of noble gases, such as argon. As a more scarce resource than
oxygen and nitrogen, it is a high-value product in the production of air
separation plant. It is of great difficulty to extract argon, not only
due to its low content (0.93%), but also for the high requirements of
technology, especially in small air separation plant.
Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation is committed to the research and development, design and manufacturing of cryogenic technology. It has produced and sold more than 1,000 sets of air separation equipment since 1992. 1100Nm3 / h full-rectification argon air separation equipment designed and manufactured by XLA that utilize medium pressure circulation process is one of the smallest full rectification argon production equipment in China (Figure 1). It has been operating stably for more than 10 years.

Figure 2 is a 500TPD equipment of full-rectification internal
compression for Argon by XLA for one of our Mexican customers. Stable
argon production and over-production have been realized. It enjoys great
popularity in the local area and has been recognized by customers in
surrounding countries.

Winning Praise for India Liquid Plant

Plant description: 140TPD liquid air separation plant
A 140TPD liquid air separation equipment exported to India by XLA has finished commissioning successfully a few months before. After a period of operation, the end user sent us feedback to express appreciation for excellent performance of our equipment. They realized the conversion between liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen products perfectly, with purity of liquid nitrogen always maintained at 0.01 ppm O2. This equipment is another success for XLA in Indian market!
Positive feedback from customer
XLA started the development and study in new liquid air separation process in early 2000. After analysis and improvement of power consumption, investment, stability, operation and maintenance, it finally passed verification and applied for an invention patent which belongs to the first batch of process patents.
Process advantage of this patent:
1.Adopt low-pressure standard compressor, with lower initial investment and short delivery cycle.
2.Compared with traditional normal process, it has low Nitrogen and Oxygen ratio, and low power consumption.
3.Not only liquid air separation product, but some pressured gas product can be produced simultaneously, especially some high purity pressured gas nitrogen(~10barg). Such product configuration greatly attracted end users, especially those who deliver nitrogen through pipeline for its guaranteed purity without nitrogen compressor.
