Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.(“XLA” for short) mainly is engaged in R&D, design and manufacture in cryogenic technology filed, equipment leasing and device maintenance. Through 30 years` development, XLA has grown to the pioneer of R&D and design of cryogenic air separation technology in China. XLA has been granted Certificate of ISO9001, ASME Certificate of Authorization, NB Certificate of Authorization, “U” Stamp etc. international qualification certificates and CE product certificate. Customers throughout the country and exported to the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa, more than 40 countries.
Our company exported nitrogen-making equipment to Russia in June 2019, and the pressure vessel conforms to TR-CU certificate.The equipment is designed and developed according to the extreme minimum temperature of -54℃ in the customer site. And equipped with Russian certification explosion-proof instruments and other equipment.
Our company’s professional engineers have been instructing the whole process at the customer site. The site backup system has been completely installed, and the  customer will open the backup system separately. The following picture shows the customer filling the storage tank with liquid nitrogen.

According to the instruction manual provided by Suzhou Xinglu and the comprehensive operation training and guidance of site engineers, the site operators of customers can have a more comprehensive understanding of the standard operation process of air separation equipment.

Introduction of pipeline natural gas purification and liquefaction plant

NG shall be thoroughly purified before liquefying. That is removing acid gases, moisture and impurities in the raw material gas, such as H2S, CO2, H2O, Hg and aromatic hydrocarbon in case they freeze at low temperature and plug, corrode equipment and pipeline.
